Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2–5 years equivalent
• Experience with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and risk management requirements
• Strong leadership with ability to influence cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations, CAPA development, and quality decision‑making.
• Develop and strengthen quality systems; drive data‑driven decisions across the organization.
• Mentor engineers and influence product and process design to meet regulatory and performance requirements
