Job summary

You will define verification strategies, develop test plans for analog, digital, wireless, and sensing subsystems, and drive root-cause analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 13+ years of related experience or Master’s with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years
• Experience developing and executing complex test strategies, design verification plans, and characterization studies for electronic products
• Hands-on lab expertise with advanced test equipment and mixed-signal troubleshooting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple product development programs and drive robust product performance
• Define characterization strategies, design verification activities, and test methodologies for analog, digital, wireless, sensing, and power subsystems
• Develop comprehensive test plans and experimental protocols to evaluate product performance and reliability
• Lead root cause investigations and failure analysis across development, manufacturing, and post-market stages
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, systems, quality, reliability, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to drive solutions
• Analyze large data sets to identify insights and influence design decisions
• Support sustaining engineering, issue investigations, and design improvements
• Participate in architecture reviews and risk assessments to improve reliability and manufacturability
• Champion test automation and engineering best practices
• Mentor junior engineers to raise technical rigor and problem-solving capabilities
