Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and validate embedded hardware for commercial appliances.

You will lead cross-functional teams and drive hardware programs from concept through validation, ensuring performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong background in schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and EMI/EMC testing, with a focus on beverag e/dispensing and related foodservice equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years of hardware development and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute large core or derivative hardware programs with defined objectives and milestones.
• Lead product development programs with design validation and testing.
• Perform system-level design, testing, and validation for beverages, cooking, refrigeration, and related products.
• Conduct EMI/EMC testing and ensure compliance for product certification and regulatory requirements.
• Develop technical drawings, models, and specifications; analyze data from tests to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deliver high-quality hardware solutions.
