Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Application Software to lead a multidisciplinary software organization focused on embedded, IoT, and cloud-connected solutions for commercial equipment.

You will align architecture with product roadmaps, drive security and DevOps practices, and collaborate across functions to deliver integrated products. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Agile practices, AI-enabled development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term software architecture strategy across product platforms.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to translate needs into platforms and modules.
• Deliver secure, embedded Linux apps and IoT/cloud integrations; manage QA, CI/CD, and release management.
