You will design, test, and validate cooling solutions, solve complex issues using 8D methodology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, safe, and reliable products. The role requires 10+ years in engineering, a degree in engineering, and expertise in thermal simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in New Product Development or Continuous Product Improvement projects.
• Design, test, and review refrigeration-based sealed systems across product lines.
• Solve problems using 8D methodology and implement corrective actions.
• Perform mathematical and computer-based analyses for cooling systems.
• Develop drawings, models, and specifications with engineering software.
• Conduct tests, analyze data, and interpret results for performance and safety.
