Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sealed System Engineer to design, develop, and implement cooling system solutions for refrigeration products. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and lead projects with a focus on reliability and innovation.

You will work on sealed refrigeration systems across product lines, employing 8D problem solving, engineering analyses, and hands-on testing to ensure performance and safety while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role.
• Ice maker refrigeration design and system balancing experience.
• Experience with flammable, low-GWP refrigerants and control system safety.
• Proficiency in thermal simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in NPD, CIP, or feature innovation projects.
• Lead design, testing, and reviews for refrigeration-based sealed systems.
• Apply 8D problem solving to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Use engineering analyses to design reliable cooling solutions across product types.
• Develop technical drawings, models, and specifications.
• Conduct testing, analyze data, and interpret results for performance and safety.
• Identify improvements and implement design modifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Stay updated on cooling systems and refrigerated product design trends.
