You will lead design methodologies, perform analyses, and manage PCR/PCN changes while collaborating across engineering, project management, and stakeholders to meet ambitious goals. Expect hybrid work with in-office days and flexible remote options.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a CAD Designer role.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer goods, or commercial foodservice fields.

Aufgaben

• Create 3D CAD designs, drawings, BOMs, and schematics; manage PCR/PCN changes.
• Lead design process methodologies with cross-functional teams.
• Perform technical analyses and reviews to improve design quality and reliability.
• Collaborate on 8D issue resolution programs.
• Develop technical drawings, models, and specifications; update per reviews, simulations, testing, and field trials.
• Gain expertise in environmental factors, use cases, and consumer values of equipment.
• Identify design process improvements and drive best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Master advanced CAD skills for large assemblies, plastics and metals design; stay current with tools.
• Participate in continuous learning and mentoring within the team.
