Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to design and scale cloud server platforms. You will partner with OEM/ODM manufacturers and own platform development from concept through deployment, including GPU-accelerated configurations for AI workloads.

You will lead bring-up, validation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets in a fast-paced cloud environment.

• Own platform development for compute and GPU servers.
• Lead bring-up and debug of boards and systems (power, thermal, storage, networking, manageability).
• Develop and execute validation plans and root-cause analysis across HW/FW/SW.

Responsabilidades

• Owning platform development for compute and GPU servers.
• Defining requirements, review schematics/layouts, guide DFM, and drive platform NPI from EVT DVT PVT MP.
• Leading bring-up and debug of boards and systems (power, thermal, storage, networking, manageability)
• Developing and execute validation plans, root-cause issues across HW/FW/SW.
