Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a hardware development team across design, engineering and manufacturing.
• Oversee the hardware lifecycle from concept to production within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with CM/ODM partners on design, manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Define hardware requirements, specifications and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure hardware meets product requirements via bring-up and lab testing.
• Drive DVT testing, validation and certification processes.
• Mitigate risks in hardware design, production and supply chain.
• Develop hardware prototypes with focus on continuous improvement.
• Lead reviews of design docs, schematics and PCB designs.
• Implement processes to improve performance, reliability and manufacturability.
