Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on hardware/board design experience with complex, high‑performance electronic systems.
• Experience designing high‑speed systems with 100G/200G‑class signaling or comparable interfaces.
• Experience designing high‑power, extremely dense PCBs and electronic systems.
• Hands‑on FPGA design experience and ability to implement FPGA‑based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SI/PI principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end hardware design lifecycle from concept to production.
• Lead the design of high‑density, high‑power boards with demanding constraints.
• Design systems with high‑speed serial signaling at 100G/200G and beyond.
• Develop and review complex schematics, power architectures, and clocking solutions.
• Design and develop FPGA solutions and integrate hardware/firmware.
• Perform SI and PI analyses.
• Work on liquid‑cooling scale‑up architectures and high‑density systems.
• Collaborate with thermal and mechanical teams on cooling architectures and interfaces.
• Identify technical risks and implement practical solutions to meet schedules.
