Job summary

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 10 or more years of related work experience, including 5 or more years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of multiple subordinate managers and individual contributors designing and developing engineering solutions.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs.
• Engages with program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders and executives to communicate program status.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers and sets expectations on deliverables, quality, schedules and costs.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Provides people-care management for direct reports including hiring and performance development.
