Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a hardware development team to deliver high-quality hardware products.
• Oversee the hardware lifecycle from concept to production.
• Collaborate with CM/ODM partners on design, manufacturing, and assembly.
• Define hardware requirements and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure hardware brings up and lab testing activities meet product specs.
• Drive DVT testing, validation, and certification processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks across design, production, and supply chain.
• Oversee development of hardware prototypes focusing on improvement and release.
• Review design documentation, schematics, PCB designs, and test plans.
• Develop processes to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
