Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Hardware Design or Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading large engineering teams and projects
• Customer-facing experience and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects across domains.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and act as SME.
• Coordinate non-technical project aspects (team, budget).
• Interpret customer requirements and serve as primary customer contact.
• Analyze trade-offs and develop deployment strategies.
• Lead deployment of strategic programs and coordinate site-wide efforts.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and contractors.
• Research ideas, design, modify, and implement systems meeting customer and Celestica needs.
• Ensure designs comply with Celestica procedures and industry standards.
