Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Hardware Design Engineering (Power) team in Austin. You will spearhead the design of complex, first-to-market hardware platforms, including experimental ASICs and prototypes across storage, compute, and networking.

You will guide a hands-on leadership team, drive product definitions with Product Marketing, Procurement, and Software to ensure successful development and delivery of high-performance power solutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in power electronics.
• Minimum 10 years of board-level power design experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing power electronics solutions for CPU, GPU, ASIC, PCIe, FPGA, etc.
• 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
• Background in power electronics modeling and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, end-to-end hardware platform solutions.
• Manage a design and development group and drive product definitions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Procurement, and Software teams to align on requirements.
• Ensure products meet safety, quality, and industry standards.
