Job summary

Celestica Engineering in Austin is seeking a Technical Leader to manage the Power Solutions Design Team. You will guide end-to-end hardware platform solutions, including experimental ASICs and prototypes across storage, compute, and networking.

Lead a group responsible for hardware products and sustaining existing lines, partnering with Product Marketing, Procurement, and Software teams to shape product definitions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with power electronics focus.
• 10+ years of board-level power design experience.
• 8+ years in power electronics for CPU/ASIC/PCIe/FPGA.
• 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader for a high-performance engineering team.
• Mentor power electronics design team and drive innovation.
• Define requirements, feasibility, architecture tradeoffs, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with system architects on power management strategies.
