Job summary

Dexterity seeks an experienced Hardware Engineering Architect to define and scale its hardware, leading architecture decisions from feasibility to mass production. You will drive standardization, modularity, and reusability across multiple applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with market requirements.

In this role you will lead technical roadmaps, oversee design reviews, and contribute to selecting materials and components while ensuring DFMEA, DFx, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems design and integration for industrial applications.
• - Hands-on mechanical design using 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and 2D drawings.
• - 15+ years of related work experience including scale-up to production.
• - Experience with hardware/software interfaces and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale hardware architecture for modular, reusable designs.
• - Lead hardware architecture design and implementation across applications.
• - Conduct design reviews and ensure design for manufacturing.
