Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in power electronics, compute hardware, or related areas.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, interdisciplinary environments.
• Strong background in embedded systems and real-time robotics compute.
• Expertise in PCB design, signal integrity, thermal management, fault-tolerant compute hardware.
• Familiarity with PCIe, Ethernet, CAN and related interfaces for AI/sensor processing.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of complex electrical systems from concept to production.
• Balance performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost across the hardware stack.
• Collaborate with AI, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams on integration.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the electrical engineering discipline.
