• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments; develop plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to patient age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational/Physical Therapy services; maintain records.
