Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to lead outpatient hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation services. You will perform evaluations, design treatment plans, and fabricate custom orthoses to support recovery.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with surgeons and therapists, and ensuring thorough documentation while delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• MD/DO is not required; DPT or DOT is preferred for this role.
• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to patient age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Direct and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, students and support personnel.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals in care planning.
