Job summary

AskBio Inc. seeks a Senior Planner and Scheduler to develop detailed maintenance plans in a GxP‑regulated environment.

You will own CMMS data quality, create PM schedules, coordinate with maintenance, engineering, metrology, quality, and operations to ensure resources and spare parts align with planned work. Responsibilities include driving schedule performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement while partnering on CMMS migrations and calibration workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in regulated environments.
• Hands-on planning experience with spare parts management, calibration programs, and facility/utility systems.
• Proficiency with a CMMS used in pharma (e.g., Blue Mountain RAM, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint, Fiix).
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills for a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, resource-loaded maintenance plans in the CMMS to guide work orders.
• Create and improve PM schedules for equipment, including parts, labor, tools, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align schedules with resources and equipment availability.
• Own CMMS data quality for PMs, BOMs, spare parts, and calibration plans.
• Build dashboards and reports on schedule compliance and backlog health for continuous improvement.
• Lead or support CMMS migrations, data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
