Job summary

AskBio Inc. is seeking a Senior Planner and Scheduler for its RTP, NC site.

You will develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules in a GxP‑regulated environment, acting as the CMMS SME and driving data quality, metrics, and improvements across maintenance, engineering, metrology, quality, and operations. This onsite role reports to the Associate Director, Facilities Reliability, and requires strong CMMS experience, calibration program knowledge, and a track record of coordinating spare parts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or HS diploma with 9+ years of related experience.
• Direct experience planning and scheduling maintenance in a pharma/biotech or GxP/GMP-regulated environment.
• Hands‑on maintenance planning covering spare parts, calibration programs, and facility/utility systems.
• Proficiency with at least one major CMMS (e.g., Blue Mountain RAM, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint, Fiix) including master data config and metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in a GxP-regulated setting.
• Own CMMS data quality and drive continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Coordinate spare parts and materials to align with maintenance plans.
• Lead calibration and utilities coordination and ensure compliance.
• Review maintenance plans for reliability and optimize scheduling across teams.
• Coordinate work assignments and logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance.
