EY seeks talented consultants to lead technology-enabled transformation projects for insurers. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, shape architecture, coordinate data design, and support implementation plans across multiple modules and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and align with technology architecture and integration plans.
• Support vendor selection, implementation plans, and project delivery across lifecycle stages.
