Job summary

EY seeks an insurance technology consultant to guide transform initiatives from business needs to technology solutions. You’ll work with clients on architecture alignment, data strategies, and implementation plans across core insurance platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client teams, vendors, and EY specialists to deliver end-to-end transformation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance consulting or carrier.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, or related apps.
• Proficiency in requirements definition, architecture design, integration, data mapping, and migration.
• Experience delivering system implementations through all project life cycle phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client presentations.

• Collaborate with client teams and third-party partners to implement solutions.
• Support vendor selection, infrastructure design, and project planning.
