Job summary

EY is seeking professionals to guide insurance technology-enabled transformation programs. You will work directly with clients to translate business needs into technology solutions, covering requirements analysis, architecture alignment, infra design, and vendor selection.

Expect collaboration across teams and client sites as needed. The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end implementations, maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge, and contributing to strategic advisory services within EY’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos or Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, integration, data mapping and migration.
• Ability to deliver system implementations through all project life cycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions for insurance clients.
• Analyze requirements and align with technology architecture, infra design and vendor plans.
• Lead client discussions, project planning and implementation roadmaps.
• Travel to client sites as necessary and collaborate with diverse engagement teams.
