Job summary

EY is seeking qualified professionals to guide insurance technology transformation programs on a global scale. You will work with clients to translate business needs into architecture-driven technology solutions, covering data, integration, and enterprise platforms.

Role emphasizes collaboration across teams, knowledge-sharing, and delivering end-to-end implementations. Travel to client sites is expected as engagements require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Previous application experience in Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, requirements, architecture, integration, data mapping and migration.
• Ability to deliver system implementations through all project lifecycle phases using proven methodologies.
• Experience with software engineering best practices, code review and optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and align with technology architecture and infrastructure.
• Support vendor selection and create implementation plans.
• Contribute to design, data models, system interfaces and integration efforts.
• Travel to client sites as necessary to deliver engagements.
