Job description

This is an opportunity for a rewarding and career-enhancing experience working on the tropical island of Guam, located between Hawaii and the Philippines in the western North Pacific Ocean. This position will lead the on-site construction oversight team, providing Construction Management Agency (CMa) services for the construction of a large and complex headquarters project. The CMa team will provide turnkey services to the client from the field as well as be supported by reach back resources as necessary

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

: MBP is seeking adventurous leaders in the construction industry who are looking to gain overseas experience, growth opportunities, and work on significant and meaningful projects in support of our national security. For this position, we seek a candidate with 15 or more years of experience in construction/project management to support MBP’s growth and advancement in the Guam and Indo-Pacific region. The candidate should exhibit evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in construction management, project management, engineering design, or related fields, ideally including oversight of successful projects within the Federal secto

MAIN DUTY

ES:Provide owner representation for medium—to large construction projects ($100 - $500 million) from conception to completion. This position will be part of an on-site team supporting the work and overall responsibilities, including managing cost, schedule, and quality on behalf of the client/owner. Typical duties inclu
