Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic program management, business operations, GTM strategy and operations, transformation, or related roles in SaaS/tech.
• Experience in channel-led or channel-centric go-to-market environments.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs with senior executives, multiple teams, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
• Apply NPI experience to move planning through launch and execution.
• Facilitate senior-level discussions, surface difficult topics, and drive clear decisions.
• Build operating mechanisms that create accountability, visibility, and momentum without excessive process.
• Leverage AI, automation, and modern program-management tools to improve execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact cross-functional programs from definition through execution across GTM and company priorities.
• Translate ambiguous objectives into clear outcomes, workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and success measures.
• Drive alignment and accountability across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, People, and Corporate Strategy & Operations.
• Represent GTM in formal NPI stage-gate processes and coordinate launches across stakeholders.
• Build rhythms and frameworks providing visibility into priorities, progress, dependencies, and decisions.
• Manage GTM operating capabilities, including knowledge governance and ownership standards.
• Create concise, executive-ready program updates highlighting risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
