Rippling is hiring a GTM Leadership Sourcer to build and execute sourcing for Sales leadership and other high-impact GTM roles across North America. You will partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and GTM leaders to create targeted pipelines, provide market insights, and expand sourcing strategies as Rippling grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, GTM, or executive sourcing/recruiting.
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS.
• Ability to build and execute sourcing strategies for complex, high-priority searches.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for senior Sales and GTM leadership searches, building high-quality pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters, Recruiting leadership, and senior Hiring Managers to define target profiles and calibrate talent.
• Build market maps and talent intelligence for priority sales segments and leadership pools.
• Develop outbound campaigns and engagement strategies for senior GTM talent.
• Identify pipeline risks and propose strategy changes based on data.
• Maintain high candidate experience from outreach to handoff.
• Operate independently while aligning with the recruiting team.
