Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic Sourcer to build and own top-of-funnel candidate pipelines for GTM roles across Sales and Solutions Architecture. You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to translate business needs into targeted sourcing plans, using market research and outreach to attract top talent.

You will leverage tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to build broad pipelines, assess candidates, and provide insights on pipeline health and market trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using sourcing and candidate relationship management tools to identify and engage candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to create sourcing strategies for competitive, specialized, or difficult-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and candidate profiles for Stripe.
• Develop and run sourcing strategies for GTM roles across Sales and Solutions Architecture.
• Identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates, managing them through initial recruiting stages.
