Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic GTM Sourcer to own top-of-funnel sourcing for Sales and Solutions Architecture across the Americas. You will partner with recruiters, build strong pipelines, and translate business needs into effective sourcing plans.

You will combine market research, outreach, and recruiting tech to reach prospective candidates and provide insights on talent availability and pipeline health. This role supports a remote-friendly hybrid model across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates.
• Ability to create sourcing strategies for competitive or difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication to craft personalized outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines across roles, locations, and stages.
• Strong research and analytical skills with use of metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals and role requirements.
• Develop and run sourcing strategies for GTM roles across Sales and Solutions Architecture.
• Identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates and manage early recruitment stages.
• Build broad candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, internal networks, events, and communities.
• Conduct talent research and market mapping to inform hiring plans.
• Use data to evaluate pipeline health, outreach performance, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Share market and pipeline insights with stakeholders, including risks and recommended changes.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
• Test new sourcing approaches and turn successful practices into repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand on campaigns and events to expand Stripe opportunities.
