Job summary

Wordsmith is building the in-house legal operations platform and is growing fast. We are seeking a recruiter who owns GTM hiring end-to-end—from intake to signed offers—for Account Executives, SDRs, sales leaders, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

You will source directly, evaluate deal evidence, and partner with the business to secure top sales talent for enterprise deals. This is a hands-on, high-pace role in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for quota-carrying sales roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of hires per quarter and strong offer-acceptance rates.
• Most hires sourced directly by you, not inbound.
• Ability to read sales CVs for attainment, deal size, territory, and inherited book.
• Fluency with Ashby or similar ATS and proactive use of AI in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bar-raising GTM hires each quarter.
• Own a fast, fair recruiting process optimized to hire the best talent.
• Source sellers directly by mapping competitor sales teams and personalizing outreach.
• Test deal evidence: ACV, cycle length, self-sourced pipeline, and methodology.
