Job summary

Wordsmith is building the legal operations platform for in-house teams and is growing fast. You will own GTM hiring end-to-end, recruiting Account Executives, SDRs, sales leaders, Customer Success and Partnerships, while running intake with sales leaders who value speed and evidence.

This is not a coordination role. You will source directly, map competitor sales teams, test deal evidence, and negotiate OTE and equity to close candidates who have offers from top AI companies hiring sales talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable hiring outcomes.
• Experience sourcing hires directly rather than relying on inbound.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bar-raising GTM hires each quarter.
• Own a fast, fair recruiting process.
• Source sellers directly and personalise outreach with AI.
• Test deal evidence: ACV, cycle length, self-sourced pipeline and methodology.
• Own the candidate from first message to first day, including OTE and equity.
• Be a sparing partner to the business, coaching them to build a stronger team.
