You will lead candidate processes, generate leads, and help grow our US presence by networking at events and driving revenue. We value flexibility, well-being, and a collaborative culture across our brands.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage an engaged GTM candidate network.
• Run an exceptional candidate process for each role.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Network at GTM events, meet-ups and face-to-face meetings.
• Lead complex negotiations and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with a team to hit individual and team targets.
• Positively promote the 11 Investments brand in the market.
