Job summary

Fireblocks is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in New York City to own full-cycle recruiting for the GTM organization. You will advise Sales and Marketing leaders with market intel, build a talent bench, and optimize the recruiting funnel in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will partner with People Ops and hiring managers to ensure a compliant, high-quality candidate experience, with 3 days in the NYC office weekly. Competitive base salary and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; SaaS, fintech, or crypto strongly preferred
• 1+ years recruiting for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering)
• Track record of earning trust with senior stakeholders and influencing through data and judgment
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets
• Comfort using recruiting metrics to spot trends and sharpen strategy
• Adaptive—priorities shift fast and you shift with them
• Fluency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude/ AI Tools to move faster across sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
• Commitment to building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices at scale
• In the NYC office 3x/week

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close
• Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks to protect hiring velocity and quality
• Act as a talent advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership with market intel and comp trends
• Build a warm bench of GTM talent ahead of need
• Push recruiting process forward by testing new sourcing channels and improving funnel
• Partner with People Ops, hiring managers, and business partners to keep process seamless and compliant
• Spot bottlenecks before velocity drops and fix them
