Job summary

ChowNow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, GTM Revenue Operations to serve as the strategic and technical backbone for Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success.

This role goes beyond reporting to actively design and implement scalable processes. You will untangle legacy tech debt across Salesforce, HubSpot, PlanHat, Gong, and related tools, and lead a small team to ensure the GTM stack works as a single connected system.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years managing a team across RevOps, MarOps, CS Ops and Business Systems (SalesForce).
• Deep fluency in Salesforce and HubSpot; PlanHat, Gong, PartnerStack, LeanData a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in how Sales, Onboarding, and CS operate to diagnose blockers and friction.
• Translate diagnosed problems into defined solutions including workflows and system redesigns.
• Lead the Biz Systems team and ensure GTM functions work as one connected system.
