Linqia, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers, prospect top talent, and coordinate interviews while delivering a standout candidate experience.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a data-driven mindset, in a startup-like environment, with the ability to work autonomously and commute to the SF office three days a week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting experience, with at least one year of full-cycle in-house work.
• Sales, Marketing, Success, & Business Operations recruiting experience.
• Strategic thinker who also provides hands-on support to close candidates.
• Creative sourcing methods to find top talent.
• Metrics-driven approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with hiring partners to meet hiring demand.
• Work with managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Candidate prospecting and outreach.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
• Build trust with highly sought-after talent.
• Drive an outstanding candidate experience.
• Report on key hiring funnel metrics and optimize processes.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects.
