Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a Principal GTM Presales Enablement Business Partner to empower our global Presales team. You will partner with the SVP of Presales and leadership to design and execute enablement programs spanning onboarding, discovery, demos, AI fluency, and value storytelling.

You will drive measurable impact by leveraging AI tools, coordinating with product and solutions teams, and delivering scalable enablement experiences across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Presales, Sales Enablement, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise SaaS or complex B2B sales.
• 3+ years partnering with VP/SVP-level stakeholders to drive enablement.
• 3+ years building onboarding programs for Presales or Sales Engineering.
• Strong discovery, demo, and value-based storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define enablement priorities with Presales leadership and build a global enablement roadmap.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable enablement programs including onboarding, demo readiness, AI fluency, and manager reinforcement.
• Use AI to improve learning design and content development for faster, more effective enablement.
