Job summary

Anaplan seeks a Director, GTM Operations, Global Sales Plays to lead the GTM programs function and transform priorities into coordinated field execution with measurable pipeline impact.

The role spans cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, Partners, Finance, and Operations, reporting to the VP of Global GTM Strategy, Planning & Operations. You will manage a small team and own the portfolio from prioritization to adoption and improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations or similar roles.
• Experience in complex, global sales organizations across regions.
• Proven track record from strategy to execution with measurable impact.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Sales Plays Portfolio with clear objectives, metrics, and ownership.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Partners, Finance, and Operations.
• Align global priorities with regional execution and translate priorities into effective regional programs.
• Build governance, cadence, and visibility to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
