Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst on the GTM Business Excellence team to shape go-to-market motions at scale, translating complex commercial and operational challenges into durable policy for Direct and Channel sales.

You will lead multi-workstream initiatives, partner with Enterprise Systems, and use data to surface root causes, while mentoring teammates and integrating AI into workflows. This role focuses on durable governance and executive-level impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations or related strategic planning roles in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience translating business needs into scalable system requirements with ownership through UAT and delivery.
• Experience designing governance frameworks, RACI, and CoE operating models with change management standards.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and ES.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel sales models, lead-to-cash, and SQL/Tableau; Lean/Six Sigma or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream go-to-market initiatives end-to-end across Direct and Channel sales with clear governance and timelines.
• Drive feasibility assessments for new initiatives and coordinate cross-functional dependencies and risks.
• Serve as liaison between GTM and Enterprise Systems; own requirements quality through UAT and handoff.
• Design and continuously improve governance framework and standing policy including RACI and documentation standards.
• Lead COE operating rhythm for Opportunity Lifecycle Management and Quoting with dashboards and metrics for exec decisions.
• Identify systemic root causes from data and partner with Sales, Channel, and Deal Desk to eliminate them.
• Mentor team members on structured problem solving and introduce AI/automation into workflows.
