Job summary

Latitude is building global payment infrastructure and enabling fast, compliant money movement. As the first Product hire, you will own the end-to-end product function alongside the founders, shaping roadmap, discovery, specs, and launches for a growing fintech platform.

You will work hands-on with real customers moving real money, define platform surfaces, and translate regulatory needs into actionable product decisions while building a scalable product function for the future.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product with senior or lead ownership of a technical product with real users.
• Experience shipping API-first or developer-facing products.
• Comfort in regulated environments and treating compliance as a design input.
• Ability to lead meetings with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Startup experience and ability to operate without defined processes.
• Strong writing of specs, memos, and launch notes.
• Empathy and a collaborative, high-achieving culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap across corridors, rails, and platform capabilities and defend calls with the team and customers.
• Run discovery with technical customers and translate insights into precise specs.
• Define core platform surfaces: payment orchestration, ledgering, payout, and APIs.
• Translate regulatory changes into product decisions with clear tradeoffs.
• Scope integrations with banking and fintech partners and manage commitments.
• Set the standard for shipping, launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
