Job summary

Gusto is hiring a Senior GTM Insights Analyst to serve as the strategic and analytical backbone of the GTM organization. You will partner with GTM leadership to shape business strategy, own analytics infrastructure, and connect Finance, GTM Operations, Growth, and Product to drive revenue outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional analytics, build the single source of truth for GTM metrics, and translate complex inputs into executive-level narratives and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or related analytics within SaaS or subscription business.
• Proven experience partnering with senior GTM leadership and shaping strategic questions.
• Experience building analytics infrastructure, defining metrics, and turning inputs into executive narratives.
• Ability to influence across Finance, Product, Growth, and GTM Ops.
• Fluent in using AI to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape business strategy with GTM leadership and translate strategic questions into structured analysis.
• Own executive-level reporting and translate financial targets into actionable operational plans.
• Build end-to-end views of sales processes across routes to market and communicate downstream impacts.
• Design scalable analytics and reporting infrastructure with Finance, Product, Growth, and GTM Ops.
• Translate decisions into clear positioning and narratives for the Head of GTM.
