ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A to join our finance organization in a highly visible and impactful role. You will act as the embedded FP&A partner, driving monthly close, planning, and strategic analysis to influence GTM decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including robust financial plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to finance and non-finance audiences.
• AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tools to improve speed and depth.

Responsabilités

• Drive the monthly close process with variance commentary, accruals, and risk/opportunity signaling to finance and GTM leadership.
• Lead headcount and expense planning; translate business needs into accurate forecasts.
• Turn data into decisions by owning P&L analysis and supporting leadership with ad hoc analyses.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing unit economics and efficiency drivers.
• Be the finance partner trusted for performance clarity and strategic trade-offs; drive automation and process improvements.
