Job summary

GTT is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team. This highly visible role combines strategic thinking and advanced analytics to shape decision-making at senior levels. The position emphasizes leadership, cross-functional partnership, and proactive performance insight.

You will build complex financial models, deliver executive dashboards, and mentor junior analysts while driving profitability and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Identify key performance drivers and recommend opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial guidance and strategic support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational objectives and long‑term business strategy.
• Develop and deliver executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Present complex financial information in a clear and commercially relevant manner.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and initiatives that support organisational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting analytical excellence and professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
