Blackbaud, a leader in purpose-driven technology, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Go-to-Market FP&A team in the United States. You will partner with GTM leadership to deliver insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and build driver-based models that guide growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience in a SaaS/tech/high-growth environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights, decision support, and strategic recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for GTM investments.
• Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models for forecasting, investment planning, and performance analysis.
• Monitor GTM performance metrics and identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Lead month-end close activities and variance analysis with reporting and reviews.
• Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses for business initiatives and resource allocation.
