Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Finance Manager to partner with the GTM organization, owning ARR forecasting, expense analysis, and headcount planning. You will drive annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and scenario modeling, while elevating tooling and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or sales/GTM finance at a SaaS company.
• Strong financial modeling skills and data validation ability.
• Experience with pricing transitions or usage-based revenue is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue waterfalls.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to sales leadership; guide financial strategy and investments.
• Own GTM operating model; manage ARR forecasts and renewal pipeline health.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Provide variance analysis and support Sales Compensation design.
• Develop self-serve dashboards and AI-assisted workflows for Finance.
