Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager / Senior FP&A Manager to partner with Go-to-Market teams and own the analytical engine behind forecasting, SaaS metrics, and bookings. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will lead end-to-end analyses and drive data-driven growth decisions.

You will build driver-based forecasting models, manage headcount and compensation forecasts, contribute to budgets, and own GTM reporting and close.

Qualifications

6+ years in corporate FP&A or strategic finance, ideally GTM support.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and sales productivity.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Salesforce reporting experience.
Experience with a corporate planning system (Anaplan, Pigment or Adaptive) is a plus.
Ability to turn analysis into defensible, decision-ready actions.
Comfort collaborating with operations and senior leadership.
Curiosity about AI tools to speed up modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Be the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leaders.
Own forecasts for bookings, revenue, headcount, and incentives for GTM.
Develop driver-based models and run scenario analyses for hiring and CAC.
Own GTM reporting and the monthly executive pack (ARR, bookings, efficiency).
Maintain data definitions, reconciliations, and a single source of truth for pipeline.
Support budgeting, long-range planning, and GTM investment cases.
Assist pricing, discounting, and margin analyses as needed.
Automate recurring reporting to accelerate finance support.
