Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to own project work across the Revenue Operations GTM stack, including new tool implementations, integrations, automation, and AI-powered workflows. You’ll manage data flows among Snowflake, Salesforce, Outreach, Planhat, and CPQ systems, ensuring consistency and scalable delivery.

You will collaborate with the TPM and senior engineers on requirements, tackle tier 2 escalations, and drive reusable patterns and documentation to raise team standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and building GTM/business systems, with deep Salesforce experience
• Hands-on integration experience via iPaaS/tools or APIs; understanding auth, rate limits, sync direction, failure modes
• Experience applying AI to systems work (agents, LLM automation or MCP-style integrations)

Responsibilities

• Deliver GTM stack projects: tool implementations, integrations, automation, and lifecycle routing
• Handle tier 2 escalations: trace root cause and ship durable fixes
• Build and maintain data flows between Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools
• Develop AI-powered workflows and MCP-style integrations across the stack
• Contribute to solution design with TPM and senior engineers, flag tradeoffs
• Coordinate with vendors on implementations and POCs
• Document builds and create reusable patterns for the team
