Job summary

NetBox Labs is hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale our enablement function. This is a hands-on role with latitude to redesign how our go-to-market teams learn, ramp, and sell.

You will own the full program, from onboarding and certification through launch readiness and reinforcement, building a system rather than maintaining a content library. Reporting to Revenue Operations, you will partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience as a quota-carrying seller who moved deals through a technical sales cycle.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear sales narratives and training.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-driven enablement tooling in a live GTM environment.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue enablement end to end for AE, SDR, SE, CSM and partner-facing teams, with a single product story.
• Design onboarding and certification paths that shorten time to first deal with reinforcement beyond week one.
• Turn product into sales-ready guidance: plays, battlecards, demos, and customer stories.
• Operationalize product launches as a continuous motion with incremental updates.
• Build AI-native enablement to provide content at the right moment in live deals.
• Partner with revenue managers on coaching so enablement shows up in field behavior.
• Define and track KPIs like ramp time, content adoption, and certification completion.
