Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Specialist for Global Fulfillment Asset Protection & Safety (GSOC) in the United States. You will monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and related systems, acting as the first line of detection and coordinating response to security events across the global network.

You will assess risk, escalate appropriately, and support investigations with logs, footage, and timelines, while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in asset protection or GSOC related roles.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and security systems.
• Ability to analyze information in real time and escalate appropriately.
• Strong documentation and incident logging skills.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
• English proficiency; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and activity across Global Fulfillment sites.
• Serve as first line of detection, assessment, and response for security events.
• Assess incident severity and escalate per protocols.
• Maintain centralized incident logs and documentation.
• Support investigations with video footage and access records.
• Maintain situational awareness and coordinate responses.
• Apply AP standards and escalation workflows.
