Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Global Fulfillment Asset Protection & Safety professional to monitor security across fulfillment sites, respond to incidents, and support investigations. You will manage logs, coordinate with AP teams, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires real-time risk assessment, strong documentation, and collaboration across departments. Flexibility for weekends and nights is expected, with a focus on protecting people and assets in our U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in asset protection, security operations, GSOC, control room ops, dispatch, monitoring, or related risk environments.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and incident reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of incident response, escalation protocols, risk identification, and documentation expectations.
• Able to analyze information in real time, assess risk, identify anomalies, and decide escalations under pressure.
• Excellent documentation, incident logging, and evidence tracking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and escalate effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with asset protection and distribution center operating environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and building activity across Global Fulfillment sites, including CCTV, access control, alarms, yard activity, and other monitoring platforms.
• Serve as the first line of detection, assessment, and response for security events, safety risks, suspicious activity, and incidents per escalation protocols.
• Assess incident severity, determine required actions, and escalate to appropriate site, AP H&S, Investigations, Facilities, Operations, or leadership.
• Maintain accurate centralized incident logs and documentation supporting investigations, audits, and leadership reporting.
• Support investigations by gathering video footage, access records, alarm data, timelines, and system activity.
• Monitor developing events and risks, coordinate response, document actions, and escalate to stakeholders.
• Support implementation of AP standards, monitoring protocols, and escalation workflows across sites.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive incident information.
• Ensure safe work environment and adherence to safety policies; adapt to schedule including nights/weekends.
